The new revised SB-1405 rescinding LACSD’s ability to take over AWAC has been signed by the Governor into law.

The new version of SB-1405 eliminating LACSD’s take over of AWAC, Inc. and control of your CCR’s and potentially ownership of AWAC Inc.’s alleged claim to ownership of all the water under your land has been signed by the governor and is now law.

We would like to thank Senator Ochoa-Bogh, the full State Assembly, the full State Senate and the Governor for helping the community stop LACSD's ill-fated attempts of gaining control of Arrowhead Woods.
